Superintendent

Bobby Rohner and Harry Richardson, our superintendents, are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of the building. They do not live on-site but comes to the building everyday to remove trash, mop and vacuum floors, and perform other cleaning and maintenance services.

Regarding trash disposal:
  • do not throw large items into the trash chute because they can cause damage to the trash compactor.
  • do not throw glass down the chute, as the superintendent has been cut may times. All glass should be disposed of in the recycling room.
  • do not throw cardboard boxes of any kind, particularly pizza boxes, in the trash chute. They get stuck in the chute and are very difficult to remove.
