Fire Safety
  • In case of fire, there are alarm boxes on each floor of the building as well as emergency lights and a sprinkler system. Our alarm system is wired directly to the Hoboken Fire Department.

  • The smoke detectors in your unit are not connected to the building's fire alarm system. If a fire breaks out in your unit, please immediately pull an alarm box in your hallway to summon the fire department.

  • If the smoke alarm is set off in your unit while you are cooking please do not open the front door of your unit to air out the smoke. This smoke will set off the buildings smoke detectors in the hallway, which will start a general, alarm and summon the fire department.

  • Regarding barbecues, a State law prohibits the use or storage of propane within 5 feet of a combustible wall of or opening in a building. This means that propane barbecues may not be used on the terraces of Willow Park.

Exterminating

  • As part of regular building maintenance, the Association has a monthly exterminator service. The exterminator sprays only the kitchen and the bathrooms. However, we depend on you to allow the exterminator access to your unit. If you have any questions about this please contact Delev Management Company by phone (973-785-0441) or by email delev@att.net.

Pool Rules

  • The pool season runs from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

  • Anyone using the pool must show a valid pool pass.

  • An adult must accompany all children under 12 years of age.

  • Obey the lifeguards at all times.

  • Proper attire, while swimming, is a swimsuit only.

  • No glass is permitted in the pool area.

  • No diving is permitted.

  • All children wearing diapers, must wear waterproof pants when they are in the water.

  • Smoking around the pool is prohibited.

  • Alcoholic beverages are permitted (not in glass containers).

  • No ball playing in or around the pool.

Gym Guidelines

  • Gymnasium hours are 6 am to 10 pm.

  • The Gym is for residents only. Any guests must be accompanied by a resident.

  • An adult must accompany children under 18 years of age.

  • Proper attire is required-shirt and shoes must be worn.

  • Do not remove equipment from the gym.

  • Please use a towel to wipe perspiration from equipment.

  • Radios and tape players should be played at a reasonable level.

  • When you are the last to leave the gym please turn out all lights and close and lock all windows and doors.

Rooftop Terrace Guidelines

  • Rooftop terrace hours are 6 am to 12am.

  • The residents in the units below can hear your footsteps and voices when you or on the roof.

  • Do not leave any trash on the roof. Trash can blow into the rain gutters and clog them. In the past clogged gutters have caused water damage in our units.

  • Absolutely do not go outside the railed in area.

  • Never use flammable substances such as firecrackers or barbecues on the roof.
