Rules & Regulations

General Conduct
  • Please do not routinely call both elevators in the hope of avoiding a wait. The Elevators are very expensive to operate; both from a mechanical and electrical viewpoint.

  • If you have a party, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Please do not loiter or party in the hallway.

  • If you see trash on the floor or your hallway, pick it up and dispose of it properly.

  • Please do not smoke in any of the common areas, lobby, hallways, elevators, or stairwells.

  • Please be considerate of your neighbors.

  • Do not play music to loudly.

  • Please do not carry on long conversations in the hallway late at night. The sound easily carries into all the apartments in the hallway.

  • Be aware that the sound of hard leather heals on hardwood floors can be heard by your downstairs neighbor.

  • All unit front doors comply with fire safety laws and wing shut automatically. However, please do not let your door slam shut. The noise and vibrations disturb your nearby neighbors.

  • If you live in a unit that faces the courtyard and pool, please be mindful that when your windows or balcony doors are open, loud music and talking reverberate throughout the courtyard and can be disturbing to Willow Park residents and our neighbors in the nearby buildings. Please be considerate.

  • If you are bothered by actions by a resident, it is suggested that you take the following actions:
    1. Late night parties, music etc, - in specific incidents when you want immediate results, ask the resident to lower the noise. If the resident does not comply, please call the police.
    2. On going disturbances - you can write a letter of complaint to the Board and mail it to Delev who will forward it to the Board. The Board will respond to these complaints, including legal action through our alternative dispute resolution committee.
  • Pets are welcome at Willow Park. However, no pets are allowed around the pool area or in the gym.

  • Do not allow your dog to urinate on the slate area directly in front of our building.
