Maintenance Payment
The Willow Park Condominium Association is responsible for collecting a monthly fee. A purchaser, upon signing his contract of sale, agrees to subscribe to membership in the Association. A purchaser will be obligated to pay a proportionate share representing each individual unit owner's proportionate share of the expenses of maintaining all of the common elements of the Association.
Even if you do not receive a bill, please keep in mind that you are still responsible for sending in your regular maintenance payment. All payments should be made out to Willow Park Condominium Association and be mailed to:
