Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
November 16, 2005
1. 5% increase in monthly maintenance to cover increase cost of utilities.
2. Roof Repair cost about $15,000.00. Claims are being made for water damage caused from water pooling on the roof.
3. New Door and key fob to be installed in early 2006. This will run $11,000. Check to see if door opening can be made wider than current opening.
4. Painting of hallways to be on as patch work and will put off repainting whole building for at least another year.
5. Buzzer system to be keep as, but looking into other systems. Telephone based system. Must be able to reach cell phone only units.
6. New camera possible for the front door.
7. Move in’s and Move out’s have caused a lot of damage to stairwell and hallways.
8. Repaint roof of the cab in the south elevator.
9. Anyone having window problems to call Superior Glass in Hoboken.
10. Hot water heater replacements our 18’ in diameter water heater need to be special ordered. They can be ordered through A& D Plumbing or Palermo Supply Company (201) 863-8587. This is so you can get a 40 gallon tank. Home depot carries a 30 gallon tank.
11. Vine growing on the north side of the building to be removed.
12. New Shrubs for front move old shrubs to back. New planters for front of building check to see if they will block windows of units.
13. All board members reelected. No new people for current vacancies.
