Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
November 14, 2007
1. The roof replacement and Silver coat is complete.
2. The hallways and stairwells were painted. If you wish to have your strip on the door that is in the locked position painted to match the rest of the door please contact info@willowparkcondos.com.
3. We will look into a roof camera, when cable upgrades the wiring in the building. Also, every word spoken on the roof late at night can be heard by the units bellow.
4. Front door camera view to be spliced into cablevision channel.
5. Storm water penetrated under balcony to 410.
6. Second floor humming is still a problem. A & D to see what the cause is and if it can be reduced.
7. Fine of Dog in backyard done without ADR.
