Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
November 12, 2008

1.  Board Elections all members reelected and a new member was added. Now the board consists of 5 members.

2.  5% Increase in Building Maintenance will go into effect on January 1, 2009.

3.  Elevator repair caused increase $8,000. Will go to the reserve fund from the rate increase.

4.  Oil tank removed from old auto parts store on Willow. Test drilling of tank leak on property in the next few weeks.

5.  Heating pipes are being insulated on 3rd floor.

6.  Chimney to be looked at this week for noise.

7.  Fire Alam tested and cleaned November 17th from 10am-4pm.

8. Batteries in emergency lights to be checked out.

9. Leak in heating valve on 5th floor repaired.

10. Tree removal and replacement in front of building.

11. Please keep and eye out on rainy days to check for leak of pipe in basement.

12. Paint wall in lobby to repair holes from moving the painting.

13. Fowler providing bad or extremely slow service when called.
