Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
November 11, 2009
1. Maria and Antony working on new light fixtures.
2. Laundry room change over starts November 17th.
3. New card distribution next week.
4. 2010 budget 2.7% increase. Bulk up from purchase of 4.5 per them lock in give us a 29% decrease in gas cost for 2010.
5. American pool closed pool no problems.
6. 1107 Willow insurance coverage can cover any mishaps to our building.
7. Peak Fitness to repair equipment battered equipment.
8. Mike to work on lobby improvements.
9. 4th floor dry wall needs painting.
10. Historic Paul Sommerville to look at building for improvements.
11. Anthony to look at Sainless coverings for elevators.
12. Why does elevator return to ground floor?
13. Anthony to paint 5th floor after new lights are put in.
14. Stairwell door north first floor need to close properly.
15. 6th door repair proceeding.
16. Mario using the gym.
17. Buzzer number replaced.
18. Cablevision vs. FIOS they want access to 100% of the units to come to the building.
19. All officers were re-elected!
