Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
November 8, 2006
1. The proposed 2007 budget for Willow Park Condo. Assoc. The budget includes a 5% increase over 2006 in addition to a $10,000 increase for gas & electric and it also includes $15,000 for painting hallways, stairwells, etc. It also includes a reserve/capital project funding of $17,000.
2. Roof work to begin November 20th, 2006.
3. The outside street doors for first floor unit to be painted and the roofs of the elevator cabs.
4. Elections held for Board Members. All members approved.
5. Re-key of the Gym to be done early next year.
6. Fitz to be contacted about cleaning crew.
7. New camera for front door with Internet access to be proceed.
