Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
October 14, 2009
1. 1107 work continues they will go up two stories to match our building. No additional supports needed. We asked to be named and additional insured in case they have to come on to our property to do any work.
2. FIOS was asked to upgrade the door buzzer because they want to get access to 100% of the units.
3. Fowler to leave the building on November 9th CoinMac will be in the building on November 12th. The laundry room will be closed from November 9th to the 12th.
4. Maria to spend 5K on new light fixtures for the hallways.
5. Carpet cleaning next week Monday 10/19/09 and Tuesday 10/20/09.
6. Waxy lobby more.
7. Pool running when better this year.
8. Plantings look nice this year.
9. Upgrades to the lobby to be looked into by Mike.
10. Upgrade elevator cabs.
11. New mailboxes Merideth.
12. Look at floor replacement.
