Meeting Minutes

Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
October 11, 2006

1. Keyless entry system is up and running.

2. The Roof will get a partial replacement from east and west edge to the drainage troughs. The estimate for these repairs is $45,000.

3. The elevator repair for leaking hydraulic seals on north elevator will be $2,766.

4. The heat will be turned on this weekend.

5. The security quotes have been looked at and we will proceed forward.

6. The maintenance fee will be raised in the coming year.

7. The gym keys to be reissued.

8. Delev is working on a work order tracking system.

9. People have been leaving the gym lights on all night and have not put away weights that they have used.

10. Gates around pool to be repaired.

11. Painting the outside doors for the first floor apartment done by George.

12. The hallway rugs to be cleaned.

13. Painting of elevator cabs to be done by George.

14. The next meeting is the annual meeting November 8th. Anyone wishing to be on the ballot at the annual meeting should contact Delev.

15. Contact superior glass of Jersey City to replace window balance if your windows do not stay open.

16. If you have a problem regulating your heat contact Delev to have regulator for thermostat changed.
