Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
October 8, 2008

1. Locked in lower energy rate for the heating season.

2. Heat problem on 3rd floor to be addressed.

3. Try to isolate noise from heating system coming from pump vibration.

4. Cracked pot in lobby to be replaced.

5. Roof door to be fixed by smart source.

6. Phone in elevator to go to Delev.

7. Clean gym twice a week.

8. Dead tree in front and in back to be removed. OK from town to cut tree on street.

9. Change of gym key voted down.

10. Elevator maintenance cost around 20K.

11. Most likely increase in maintenance fee.

12. Pictures to be moved in the lobby again.

13. 501 problem not resolved still with holding assessment.

14. Pool to be repaired before opening next year.

15. Replacement of some pool gates overdue.
