Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
July 16, 2008
1. Cable upgrade still proceeding very slowly. Still not sure when they will need to get into each unit for wiring upgrades. Panel in place but cable not yet run.
2. North Elevator to be taken out of service to replace seal in elevator pit. Elevator losing pressure in the piston. Slade Elevator will be doing the work which will take a few days.
3. Gym upgrade complete.
4. Additional fans to be installed in the gym.
5. Carpet cleaning to take place in next few weeks.
6. Bike storage problem my start to problem may start to charge $10 per month per bike in the bike room.
7. Replacement of some pool gates in the winter time.
8. Hanging board on balcony to be removed.
9. Dead tree in front to be removed but is a town tree.
10. Pictures in lobby to be moved up and to the left.
11. Plumber to check the status of insulation of pipes on the 3rd floor.
12. Energy audit to be done by PSE&G.
13. Rate lock in to heating to be done in October 08.
14. Green roof to be investigated.
15. Please turn down the heat when you go away when heat is on.
16. Mark recycling cans.
17. Change hallway lights to compact florescent lighting.
18. Problem with too many delivery sticker. Make sign stating that if resident is not home please leave package at Willow Cleaner.
19. Backyard rocks to be put out by 003.
20. Next meeting October 8th 2008 7pm in the gym.
21. Get to know your neighbors party will be held on September 14, 2008 poolside.
22. Late night pool users to be looked into as well as use of pool by outside the buildings. Woman accosted by people using the pool. Try to get pool manager to have the guards check ID cards. If you see late night pool use send email to info@willowparkcondos.com and state day and time.
