Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
July 14, 2010

1. 
Pool heater shut off because filter is getting clogged.

2. DCA reinpecting on August 4th starting at 10am. Please test your smoke alarms before that date since most violations are smoke or CO detectors that do not work or have dead batteries. If you have a problem with your door closer contact Anthony in 501.

3. New front door lock on order when it comes in new keys will be issued to each unit and a date for installation of new lock will be sent out by email and letter.

4. Key fobs for the front door still on back order.

5. No FIOS because they want to run wires in the hallway and gave us bad choices of wire molding.

6. Exterminator second Saturday and 4th Wednesday of the month.

7. Gym equipment on 1/4 year contract for maintenance.

8. 6th floor junk pile will try to clean up and pitch out all other junk.

9. No BBQ on the roof - someone did it on 4th of July.

10. New light globes for street side units.

11. Bad breaker caused lights to be out in front of the building.

12. No TP or hand towels in pool rest room.

13. New security mirrors in elevators.

14. High hats in gym.

15. 3rd floor garbage chute sticks.

16. Need new number plates for the mail boxes.

17. Close 1107 access to pool.

18. Salt generator for pool look into it.
