Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
July 12, 2006
1. Pool Pass must be issued next year. No way for life guard to check who belongs to the building. Members of the other two associations request pool passes to be put back into effect.
2. The door buzzer system to be updated possibly to a telephone based system.
3. Sign around pool to be replaced and put up ASAP.
4. South Elevator having problems leveling.
5. Paint tops of Elevator cab.
6. Roof is leaking looking into replacement.
7. Paint private entrances and hallways to be considered.
8. NO Ball Playing around the pool to be instituted ASAP.
9. Removal of dirt from utility pole in the front.
