Meeting Minutes

Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
July 8, 2009

1.  Construction at 1107 Willow Ave. They do not have any construction permits and some of the board members will be meeting with the construction company Tuesday, July 14th.

2.  FIOS have been to the building to look at the cables and they want to put more hatches in the ceiling. We would like them to do the work with the existing hatches.

3.  Elevator hase been working well except on the 4th which triggered an over weight sensor. We will not at this time upgrade the elevator.

4.  Pool heater has had problems. A breaker has been replaced that caused the heater to kick off over night.

5.  In Recycling room see if we can hang some of the cans on hooks so that all cans can be used. People should keep in mind that everyone has to use this room so please just don't open the door and throw stuff in.

6.  Pool has a few cracks that were repaired very badly last year. We will try to have them fixed after the pool is closed.

7.  New laundry room equipment in November. Fowler contract terminated and we will go with CoinMac.

8.  New committee to make Willow Park look more pleasing to the eye headed up by Maria Annunziata (104). Please contact her or email info@willowparkcondos.com with new ideas. They will be looking to upgrade lighting in the hallways. They may also look into new mailboxes and new buzzer panel. Also to change the elevator cabs.

9.  New roof door ordered and to be replaced when it comes in.


10. It may be possible to raise money for the upgrades by everyone contributing time to the building and having an auction. People need to pay more attention to common areas.

11. Repairs to the front to fix the gap in the roof delayed by the moving of the power lines.

12. The Board would like to thank all people who were on the roof for being respectful on the 4th by leaving the roof in a timely fashion.

13. The next board meeting with be on Wednesday, October 14th.

14. The annual get to know your neighbors party will be held on the last day for the pool which may be Sunday, September 13th.
