Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
April 15, 2009

1.  American Pool Vice President Michael Wright was at the meeting (732) 512-1900 1-888-621-7665. Life guard is Rich Montosanto. Pool will be ready for the season heater to be checked 1 week before official opening all life guards will be trained in how to use the heater.

2.  Exterminator Norman from Paramount to be at the building more to combat mice problem 12 mice caught over the weekend. Buildings in back also having mice problems.

3.  Trash still a problem people still living trash in hallway instead of putting it in the trash cans under steps by front lower doors when shut is backed up.

4.  FiOS's contractor Truevance will be at the building anyone who would like FIOS must be aware that they will need to provide power for two boxes for FIOS service in unit at owners expense. One will be a set top box the other a box that can go in the closet but will also require and outlet for FIOS use.

5.  Construction at 1107 has not yet begun and they currently only have a clean out permit. Pool company will try to talk with contractor to minimize dirt getting into the pool.

6.  South Elevator will be looked at and two more quotes for the repair/upgrade.

7.  Fowler contract is up in November we must give notice in June to end contract look into coin mac.

8.  Lazy resident let its dog pee in front of front door and made a large puddle.

9.  005 had party late night did not clean up back yard in a timely manor and appraiser devalued a condo that was being refinanced. Other building also complained and police call to quiet the party.


10. People moving in and out without fee. If you see someone moving in or out without the mats in the elevator please call Delev.

11. lazy resident being is letting dog crap in the pool area and not cleaning it up this area is not a dog run.

12. Try to keep recycle room clean break down boxes when possible.

13. Can vent system be cleaned building wide?

14. Danny Quiros His phone # is 931 617 0843 called to fix 5 stairwell doors that do not close.

15. People going on roof late at night and leaving door open. Please close roof doors this can cause damage to the building if they are left open. Make sure all doors are close if no own is around.
