Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
April 14, 2010
1. American Pool contact renewed new pool manager this year. Patches and repairs to the pool to be done in a few weeks.
2. Fios 25 units want it but they will have to run a wire molding in the hallways so no progress unit molding is approved by board.
3. Basement and 5th floor painted after new lights we installed. New lights to be installed in gym and laundry room.
4. Saddle for south roof door fixed.
5. Heating system leak on 1st floor repaired and work do still be done to repair damage in 002 and 104.
6. Gym equipment to be put on a 4 month PM contact.
7. Planters out front to be change for the season and a pare tree to be planted in the missing spot in front of building.
8. Electrician fixed wires in elevator cab. Go with egg crate in elevator cab.
9. Doors on 5th floor not painted some complaints.
10. No door camera over cable system.
11. No new mailbox look into universal numbers on the boxes.
12. Violations for not having a working smoke alarm or co detector. Unit owners must test there equipment or provide working detectors for an inspection this summer. If your unit was not inspected then you got a violation do to no access. Any unit that got a violation must me inspected during the reinspection. Failure to do so may result in fines. If you did not get a violation letter then you have to take no further action.
13. Scaffolding from 1107 on our property Delev to call contractors.
14. Pool Passes to be made and renewed on May 4,& May 13 in the lobby from 6:30-8:30pm.
15. If you have not already please check out the Hoboken tax revolt web site. Please write a letter to mayor if you are concerned about increase to taxes.
