Meeting Minutes

Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
April 12, 2006

1.  New Key Fob system to be installed in May.  If we can recruit one person on each floor we will pass out the new fobs in this manner.  A data base of fobs will be compiled before they are issued to the residents.

2.  Pool will be ready on time for opening.  No Pool passes this year guards to be instructed to check Drivers License with correct address.   Same life guard as last year.

3.  Gap between new outer door and tiles to be filled.

4.  Check into buzzer not working fully to open the door.  Some times excessive force must be used to open the door.

5.  Carpets to be cleaned in May.

6.  Leaking heating pipe about a water-heater shorted out the heater.  Contact A&D about correcting this problem.

7.  Pictures to be hung in the lobby will be looked into by Melissa.

8.  Look into Door camera.  X and Adam have found some vendors.

9.  Clean bird droppings off front of building.

10.  Vine on the north side of the building cut at the root and left to fall on its own.

11.  Wooden beer barrels with annuals to be put in the front of the building.

12.  Painting of the halls to be put off until all new issues have been addressed.

13.  Painting of the outside basement doors to be done.

14.  Adam got stuck in the elevator will check with company on how the elevator is working.
