Meeting Minutes

Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
April 11, 2007

1.  Assesment is still in the works and will be in the near future for all unit owners.  The assesment will be compiled when all skylights are in.

2.  Painting will be conducted after money from assesment has been turned in so we are looking at painting some time in the summer.

3.  New camera is also in the works and will be completed when assement has been paid.

4.  Pool will be ready on time and new pool passes will be issued during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of May.

5.  Flower pots in front of building will be replanted when weather permits.

6.  Looking for new Board members to replace out going member.

7.  Treadmill in gym to be repaired and electrical out let capable of handling the load of two treadmill in the works.

8.  Lights in the court yard to be looked at by David's Electric.

9.  Balconies to be looked at on a case by case bases for structual integrity.

10.  207 says his unit shakes at certain times of the night and would like this looked into for problems with the boiler.

11.  Heating to be shut of in  the middle of April.

12.  Look into a locked outgoing mail box.

13.  Overall builing maintance seems to be below normal.

14.  Unit 202 has had a few compalints of noise and a of smoke coming for the unit.

15.  No Smoking signs should be put in the stairwells so people do not set off building wide alarm.

16.  New pool signs to be provided by pool company.
