Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
April 9, 2008
1. Renew contract with American Pool. Pool passes to be made two weeks before the opening of the pool memorial day.
2. Gym improvements approved and no increase to fees for gym and pool use to our or the other buildings. New equipment will be in the gym in about 6 weeks. Anthony to arrange with High School to remove old equipment. Please when using the Dumbbells try not to let them bounce on the floor the vibration is causing a large disturbance through out the building.
3. Key change for front door to implemented. New lock and keys to be put into effect in the future. Many problems with current front door lock. Key problem with door to gym from the three other buildings.
4. Cable upgrades will consists of running cable in the ceiling of the hallways with access panels to be installed 5 per floor. Some access to each unit for upgrades will have to be arranged. Have to call Rick to look at camera and to hook it up the cable system.
5. Laundry room Fowler contract is though November 09. Can change machines at that time. We could change to our own machines but then we would have to go back to coin operation in November of 09. The Laundry room also need more attention from maintenance.
6. Season plantings in front and back yard work should be done in the next few weeks.
7. Saddle for front door missing.
8. Some roof work to repair flashing still needs to be done as well as to cover some exposed wood.
