Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
January 14, 2009
1. Anthony in 501 is putting together a plan to replace hot water heaters in the building. Please contact him if you would like to replace your water heater.
2. Contact information seems to be out of date. We would like to have 2 emergency contact numbers for each unit. People on each floor will try to ask people on their floor and submit info to info@willowparkcondos.com.
3. Water heater burst on the 5th floor and leaked all the way down the building.
4. South elevator is causing a lot of problems. No leak found.
5. Laundry room needs work. Company unresponsive.
6. Gym key lock from outside the building to be looked at because people are getting their keys stuck in the lock.
7. FIOS still not in the building.
8. Need new buzzer list.
9. Need new numbers on mail boxes.
10. 2nd floor leak needs to be repaired.
11. Need a sign on front door to tell people not to keep it open.
12. Try to organize recycle room.
13. Company to test ground under and around building for leak from oil tank that was removed from the auto parts store.
14. Some one moved the gym equipment and moved plugs for the treadmills. One treadmill not working on elliptical machine broken.
