Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
January 13, 2010
1. DCA inspection repost back from the city letter will go out to all residents that have any violations that must be corrected before re-inspection by the city. The condo association will purchase smoke detectors for the units that did not work and will charge each unit for the replacement.
2. Pool contact renewed for 2010 with American Pool.
3. Fios wants 100% access before they will commit to wiring the building.
4. Financial Audit to take place in the next few weeks.
5. Before meeting walk through with Tom Delev, X 5th floor, and Gary basement.
- Laundry room door fixed but still does not close correctly.
- Elevator cabs to replace ceiling tiles.
- Elevator service call for north elevator.
- Saddle on South roof door ASAP.
- North Door does not close all the time. Please if you use the roof be considerate of units below. Make sure door closes behind you.
- Carpet loose on first floor South side and 5th floor south side.
- New lights for the street units.
- Get tree permit to replace dead tree.
6. Maria and Anthony working on upgrades to lighting.
7. Please be mindful of your guest and when you have parties late at night and do not keep the noise down expect a visit from the police.
8. 3rd floor having some problems getting heat. Contact A&D to see where the problems may be in the heating system.
9. Add camera to the system. Roof and Gym.
10. Repairs to gym equipment by peak fitness.
