Meeting Minutes

Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
January 12th, 2005

Meeting Minutes:
We noted that there were no minutes from the last meeting. Agreed that (for now), Joy will take notes, and email within one week of the meeting to members of the Board. Also, the minutes should be put online for all residents to see. (Please note: I left my notes in Florida; Paul just “retrieved” them and that is why there are so late. Please accept my apologies.)

Capital Contribution And Move-In/Out Fee Change:
No bi-law change is needed; we can adopt a resolution for the working capital contribution. Board vote is all that is needed (and the vote was approved). Need two copies to be signed off on by each Board member. UPDATE: Change will go into affect on or around April 1, 2005.

Front Door:
Tom said we need to change the door entirely; perhaps a brass door with glass windows. Tom to get quotes. After heating season (when all goes well and there are no unexpected expenses), we will add a keyless entry system to the doors.

Fire Door, 4th Floor:
Joy asked, for the second time, that the one on the North end be fixed (it currently doesn’t close).

Gym Equipment Request:
Megan Molinaro requested that the machines be fixed and we secure new treadmills. Are there other updates possible…like TV’s? Tom said we have the money, someone just needs to take charge of implementing a plan (getting quotes, etc.). Idea: have Peak Fitness come in and assess which machines we could replace (maybe one machine to replace 2 or more existing machines), etc.

Last But Not Least …
As of today, February 5, 2005, I, Joy Melton, will be officially resigning from the Board. I have a closing date of March 14th for my place, and plan to move out by March 6th (at the latest). I will not longer be able to serve. It’s been fun. Good luck!
