Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
January 11, 2006
1. Water damage caused by excessive rain to units on the top floor has been addressed by an insurance claim and this is in the process of being resolved. If damage is not covered by insurance the condo association will pick up the tab.
2. Pre purchase gas lock in rate is at $1.63/Dk Term. Still lower than PSEG current rates.
3. Vine to be removed this week on north side of building to be removed this week.
4. Leaves where removed from back yard area.
5. Planters for front of building still in planning stage.
6. Ceiling of elevator cab to be painted.
7. New Treadmill possible for this year.
8. Audit of books at Delev to take place this month.
9. Oren on 5th floor has found a place to purchase replacement windows for his unit.
10. New front door is not yet finalized. When this is complete then key fob will be installed with new door.
