Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
January 10, 2007
1. The roof work is half done. We will add the Silver coating to the roof repair this was not part of the original quote. We are in the process of looking into replacement skylights for units effected. Current quote are around $800 per window.
2. There will be a building assessment to all unit owner in order to pay for the repairs to the roof.
3. Insurance claims for the leaky roof have been denied. We will try to work with the agent to see what can be done or change companies.
4. Video Camera project to proceed.
5. Painting to take place late spring or early summer.
6. Treadmill to be repaired. Mike to look into new treadmill. New curl bar and replacement bar for stolen bar.
7. Light still out in the court yard.
8. Cab to elevator still unpainted.
9. American pool renewal of pool contract for summer.
