Meeting Minutes
Willow Park Condo Association Meeting
November 10, 2010
1. All board members re-elected. We also welcome Alexis K. Walling as our new board member in place of Mike who has stepped down.
2. Railing repaired in lobby and roof deck.
3. Sheet rock work in meter room to be completed next week.
4. Black trim replaced in gym and laundry room.
5. Screen door replaced in the gym.
6. Change lighting in the gym next year.
7. Mirror in elevator need to be moved to enable hooks for the move-in/move-out mats.
8. New budget increase 2.75% so we can have enough reserves for anyone applying for FHA financing.
9. Light to be replaced in burned out call buttons.
10. Peak fitness will do 1/4PM of gym equipment.
11. Elevator ceiling grate to be replaced.
12. New incline bench in the gym.
13. Look into redesign of bike room.
14. Look into new numbers for the mailboxes.
15. Door channel not available over cable at this time.
16. Heating system needs some valves replaced that is why we have had the water shut offs.
17. Sound proofing of the gym quote had not been received.
